Brian Pfeifler In Morgan Stanley Investor Disputes Regarding Unsuitable Advice

Investors potentially experienced losses because of securities broker Brian C. Pfeifler (also known as Bman C. Pfeifler) [CRD: 2083301, New York, New York], according to disclosures on FINRA BrokerCheck. According to the regulator, Pfeifler has worked for Morgan Stanley since June 1, 2009, working from offices in New York, New York, and Palm Beach, Florida. Morgan Stanley Investor Accused Pfeifler Of Unsuitable Recommendations

Particularly, on January 20, 2024, a Morgan Stanley client filed FINRA Arbitration No. 24-00143 about Brian Pfeifler. Particularly, the client alleged that Pfeifler made unsuitable recommendations regarding stocks from December 2021 to January 2024. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages. Therefore, the client requested damages from Morgan Stanley or Pfeifler. Evidently, this arbitration is pending a resolution.

Specifically, a client of Morgan Stanley contested Brian Pfeifler’s sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration No. 23-03641 on December 27, 2023. Allegedly, Pfeifler made unsuitable recommendations regarding private placements and hedge funds in 2022-2023. It appears that Pfeifler caused the client to sustain damages on these products. Therefore, the client seeks damages from Morgan Stanley or Pfeifler in this ongoing matter.
