TUART BLAKE NICHOLS (Stuart Nichols) CRD#: 4932310, a financial advisor formerly with Raymond James & Associates of Birmingham, Alabama, was barred by FINRA for allegedly refusing to appear for FINRA on-the-record testimony requested in connection with its investigation of Nichols for possible excessive trading in client accounts at his member firm. FINRA has barred Stuart Nichols from acting as a broker or otherwise associating with a broker-dealer firm.
According to FINRA, in a letter of acceptance, waiver and consent, FINRA stated that it was investigating whether Stuart Nichols, had engaged in excessive trading of client accounts. In December of 2018, Raymond James & Associates terminated Nichols.

Stuart Nichols was first registered in the securities industry in 2005. He joined Morgan Keegan in 2008, which was then acquired by Raymond James in 2012. According to FINRA, Nichols consented to the FINRA bar without admitting or denying FINRA’s findings.
