ADAM EDWARD BRUNIN (ADAM E BRUNIN, ADAM BRUNIN) is currently registered as an investment advisor with Navigation Wealth Management of Ft. Collins, Colorado since 4/5/2016. ADAM E BRUNIN was previously registered as a broker with Sigma Financial Corporation of Ft. Collins, Colorado from 11/08/2005 - 02/22/2016, and as an investment advisor with SPC of Ft. Collins, Colorado from 07/17/2006 - 02/22/2016.

According to Navigational Wealth Management’s website, ADAM E BRUNIN is the founder and owner of Navigation Wealth Management.  It states that ADAM E BRUNIN entered the financial services industry in August of 2001 and entered the independent advisory business in 2005.  He is currently the asset manager of NWM’s portfolios. 

According to the SEC’s website, ADAM E BRUNIN has been in the financial industry for 23 years and has been listed with 4 firms. Brunin has 2 Disclosures on his report, both are “Customer Disputes.”

On 6/7/2022 a “Customer Dispute” was filed against ADAM E BRUNIN with allegations of, “Client alleged that premium tax fees were not disclosed. 1/15/2020 Nationwide Annuity Account opened in CO 11/2/2021 Date added proceeds from CO Home sale via check to Adam Brunin ($500K) 4/29/2022 Date of full surrender from account...Transaction Summary: Account Value $564,985.77 Net Surrender $564,985.77, Bank wire transfer amount $554,985.77.” The damage amount requested is $10,000.00.  This dispute is pending.

There is another pending “Customer Dispute” dated 10/14/2024, filed against ADAM E BRUNIN.  The allegations are, “The client feels that their accounts had a concentration in equities, which posed significant risk to their portfolio, particularly given their conservative investment objectives. They feel that market timing strategies were employed which were inappropriate for their goals. They are seeking resolution in the amount of $210,000 for this issue.” The damage amount requested is $210,000.00.
