LPL Financial Investor Accused Martinelli Of Failure To Follow Instructions

Particularly, on July 17, 2024, an LPL Financial client filed FINRA Arbitration No. 24-01563 about Anthony Martinelli. The client alleged that Martinelli failed to follow instructions regarding options trades. The claim also alleged poor performance in the client’s investment portfolio. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages relating to options and stocks. Thus, the client requested $3,000,000 in compensation from LPL Financial or Martinelli. Evidently, this arbitration is pending a resolution.

Anthony Martinelli Disclosed Misrepresentation Allegations By New England Securities Client

Notably, a client of New England Securities disputed Anthony Martinelli’s sales practices, according to a complaint dated June 22, 2004. Allegedly, Martinelli made misrepresentations about variable annuity guarantees. He also supposedly stated that the client could withdraw funds without incurring penalties.
