According to the Complaint, Holts allegedly violated the anti-fraud laws stated in Section 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, along with Rule 10b-5.
Bradley Holts Barred By FINRA For Failure To Respond To FINRA
Evidently, on November 1, 2021, FINRA issued Letter No. 2021071760601 sanctioning Bradley Holts for infractions. Specifically, Holts was barred, which precludes working for a FINRA-member securities firm in any role. Particularly, FINRA alleged that Holts failed to respond to FINRA’s request for information.
According to the rule 9552(h) of FINRA and following the letters from FINRA notifying the suspension on July 28, 2021, and August 23, 2021, respectively, Holts cannot associate with any FINRA member in any role as of November 1, 2021.
Supposedly, Holts did not request to end the suspension within three months of receiving the notice, which resulted in an automatic prohibition from being associated with any FINRA member in any capacity.
World Capital Brokerage Inc. Disaffiliates With Holts
Evidently, on July 15, 2021, World Capital Brokerage Inc. disaffiliated with Holts. Particularly, World Capital Brokerage Inc. alleged that Holts failed to respond to requests for information relating to a regulatory matter.

- Holts worked for Supreme Alliance LLC in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a securities broker from March 4, 2020, to October 8, 2020.
