Evidently, on September 20, 2021, an Indie Asset Partners client filed FINRA Arbitration #: 21-02357 about Brent Foster. Specifically, the client alleged that Foster breached a contract, breached a fiduciary duty, acted negligently, and failed to supervise. For this reason, the client claims that they experienced damages relating to investments in private securities. Therefore, the client requested compensation from Indie Asset Partners or Foster. Indie Asset Partners Client Accuses Foster Of Breach Of Fiduciary Duty

Also, a client of Indie Asset Partners contested Brent Foster's sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration #: 21-02001 on August 6, 2021. Supposedly, Foster acted negligently and breached a fiduciary duty. Allegedly, the private securities transactions involving this securities broker resulted in damages for the client.
