DELIO EDUARDO LONDONO (DEL E LONDONO, DEL LONDONO) was with SAGEPOINT FINANCIAL of La Crescenta, California, from 05/06/2010 - 09/16/2020.  Londono was previously registered both as a broker and as an investment advisor.

According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck, available to the public on FINRA’s website, DEL E LONDONO, has been in the securities industry for 19 years and was listed with 4 firms.  Londono has 9 disclosures on his FINRA CRD report. Of the 9 disclosures, 8 are “Customer Disputes,” and 1 is an “Employment Separation after Allegations.”  The significance of DEL E LONDONO’s FINRA Customer Complaints is underscored in FINRA NOTICE to MEMBERS 03-49. FINRA conducted a review of the CRD’s of all registered representatives, only .41% had been the subject of 3 or more customer complaints. Londono’s customer complaints rank him in the top one-hundredth percent of all registered representatives for customer complaints. 

The BrokerCheck report states that in September of 2020, DEL E LONDONO was “permitted to resign” from Advisor Group following the allegations of, “Client contends that representative return certain funds to client after investment without knowledge of the firm."

Of the 8 “Customer Disputes” listed on DEL E LONDONO’s BrokerCheck report, 5 were settled and 3 were denied, the following are some examples of the settled disputes: 

In a dispute filed against Londono, in April of 2022, the allegations were, “Claimant alleges that certain unnamed REITS and direct participation programs were recommended to the client that were not in keeping with her investment objectives and needs, and that the risks and other characteristics of the investments were not fully explained.” The settlement amount was $95,000.00.

In December of 2021, there were allegations against Londono of, “The clients allege certain investment recommendations were not in keeping with the client’s needs and were either misrepresented or not fully disclosed to the clients.” The settlement amount was $125,000.00.

DEL E LONDONO has a dispute from December of 2020, the settlement amount was $395,000.00, following the allegations of, “The client alleges certain unspecified investment recommendations were not in keeping with the client’s needs and were either misrepresented or not fully disclosed.”

In August of 2020, the allegations against DEL E LONDONO were, “Customer alleges that nontraded alternative investment purchases beginning in 2015 were misrepresented and unsuitable.”  The damage amount was $50,000.00.
