Did Your Rep Recommend Next Level Holdings and/or Yield Wealth Ltd?

Loss Due to Stock Broker

Soreide Law Group is investigating FINRA registered representatives who may have recommended an investment in Next Level Holdings and/or Yield Wealth Ltd.  If your broker/investment advisor or insurance agent recommended purchasing Next Level Holdings and/or Yield Wealth Ltd contact Soreide Law Group for a consultation with an experienced securities lawyer at no cost.

In a press release from the US Attorney’s Office of the Southern District of New York, dated September 9, 2025, the unsealing of an Indictment was announced charging PAUL REGAN, the Chief Executive Officer of Next Level Holdings, with conspiracy, securities fraud, and wire fraud.  The charges in the Indictment arise from an alleged scheme to defraud retail investors in Next Level Holdings and Yield Wealth Ltd by misrepresenting how those companies would use investors’ money, and the protections investors would have against losses.  PAUL REGAN’s alleged fraudulent scheme mislead over 300 people to invest more than $60 million in the Next Level Holdings and Yield Wealth investment products.  When the fraud was eventually exposed, REGAN’s investors were left with over $50 million in losses.  PAUL REGAN was arrested in the Southern District of Florida on September 4, 2025, and ordered detained following his removal from the Republic of Colombia.

In a recent article from MSN, in the federal indictment, prosecutors alleged that PAUL REGAN didn’t invest money given to Next Level Holdings and Yield Wealth as they claimed. The indictment claimed instead, REGAN and others misappropriated the money for personal payments, among other purposes. PAUL REGAN told one prospective client that the insurance on the products was like “a bulletproof vest” and would provide “all the melatonin you could wish for a good night’s sleep…12-15% in perpetuity every single year,” according to the SEC complaint.

The Wall Street Journal also reported that the CEO of Next Level Holdings, PAUL REGAN, did not disclose to investors that he had been barred for life from the securities industry in 2004. Nor did he disclose a 2005 fine by a state securities regulator for allegedly forging documents and stealing approximately $140,000 from an elderly customer with dementia.

If you were recommended to invest in Next Level Holdings by your registered representative, you may be eligible to file a FINRA arbitration against the representative or firm that recommended the investment to you.
