Dirk Rabenold Discloses Investor Complaint

FINRA Lawsuit Filed

Investors have come forward with complaints about securities broker Dirk Rabenold (CRD:  1407291, Williamsville, NY). Evidently, the securities broker, who worked for Next Financial Group Inc. and Prudential Securities, discloses client disputes via Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) BrokerCheck. Next Financial Group Inc. Investor Accuses Dirk Rabenold Of Sales Practice Violation

Evidently, on August 10, 2022, a Next Financial Group Inc. client filed FINRA Arbitration: 22-01805 about Dirk Rabenold. Namely, the client alleged that Rabenold failed to stop a fund transfer to a third party for a fraudulent investment. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages. Therefore, the client requested compensation from Next Financial Group Inc. or Rabenold. This arbitration is pending a resolution.

Prudential Securities Investor Accuses Rabenold Of Misrepresentation

Also, a Prudential Securities client filed NASD Arbitration: 99-04143 about Dirk Rabenold. Namely, the client alleged that Rabenold made misrepresentations and made unsuitable recommendations. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages by investing in stocks. Therefore, on December 15, 2000, Prudential Securities settled this matter by paying the client $70,000 in damages.
