Francis Burke Linked To M Holdings Client Dispute Regarding Misrepresentation

Also, a client of 1717 Capital Management Company contested Francis Burke’s sales practices, according to a complaint dated December 27, 2013. Allegedly, Burke made misrepresentations in the sale of a variable life insurance policy. Supposedly, Burke caused the client to sustain damages. Consequently, the client sought compensation from 1717 Capital Management Company or Burke in this matter. The matter closed without a resolution. However, the firm denied this complaint.
