Francis Burke Linked To M Holdings Client Dispute Regarding Misrepresentation

Burke has been employed with M Holdings Securities Inc. since September 17, 2001, as a broker and since November 24, 2004, as an investment adviser. Allegedly, Burke made misrepresentations in the sale of a variable life insurance policy. Supposedly, Burke caused the client to sustain damages. Consequently, the client sought compensation from 1717 Capital Management Company or Burke in this matter. The matter closed without a resolution. However, the firm denied this complaint.
