FRANCISCO M GOMEZ Suspended by FINRA

FRANCISCO M GOMEZ (FRANCISCO MANUEL GOMEZ, FRANK GOMEZ) has been suspended by FINRA from acting as a broker. His suspension has a start date of 4/6/2026. 

The “Regulatory” disclosure was dated 3/13/2026.  The allegations against Gomez were, “Respondent Gomez failed to respond to FINRA requests for information.” The duration of the suspension was listed as, “Continues until required information is provided to FINRA or the suspension converts to a bar.” 

According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck, available to the public on FINRA’s website, FRANCISCO M GOMEZ has been registered in the securities industry for 9 years and has been listed with 2 firms. He is currently not listed with any firm.  Gomez was listed with LPL FINANCIAL LLC of Fate, Texas, from 04/21/2021 - 12/04/2025. Additionally, FRANCISCO M GOMEZ was listed with BBVA SECURITIES INC of Mesquite, Texas, from 06/23/2016 - 04/28/2021.

FINRA’s BrokerCheck lists 3 disclosures on FRANCISCO M GOMEZ’ FINRA CRD report.  One is the “Regulatory” suspending him from the industry. There is an “Employment Separation after Allegations” dated 11/5/2025, stating that Gomez was “permitted to resign” from LPL FINANCIAL LLC. The allegations were, “Failed to disclose and receive prior approval for loans from customer; failed to disclose and receive prior approval for outside business activities; and used an unapproved messaging platform to transmit business-related communications.”

There is also a settled “Customer Dispute” filed against FRANCISCO M GOMEZ dated 9/15/2025. The allegations were, “Sold annuities in 2020 without disclosing all material terms. Client also provided loans below market rates to entities allegedly affiliated with advisor.”  The settlement amount was $190,000.00.
