IMH Financial Corporation is a real estate finance company operating in the southwest United States. The company, formerly known as IMH Secured Loan Fund, LLC, focuses on the acquisition and origination of mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, other debt instruments, and equity and preferred equity interests or investments, including high yield, short-term, and senior secured commercial real estate mortgage loans. Some of these investments were considered high risk and may have been sold to clients who were considered conservative in their portfolios and not interested in such a high risk investment. Allegedly, these risks were not clearly pointed out to the customers and they subsequently suffered losses.
There are currently several lawsuits pending against IMH. Many investors have filed lawsuits against their stockbrokers or financial advisors who recommended IMH. Randy Albers recommended and sold IMH to his clients through Albers Financial Group and Sunset Financial Services, Inc. Randy Albers is the father of IMH's former CEO Shane Albers.

Pending customer claims on BrokerCheck name Michael Graham (CRD 3263494) and list LPL Financial as the firm. Each claim is pending and unproven, and no arbitrator has ruled on any of them. The customers allege that Graham misrepresented guaranteed principal and returns on a secured loan related to a real estate deal.
An SEC decision involving Titan Securities (CRD 131392) of Plano, Texas became final on August 7, 2026, according to FINRA's October 2026 Disciplinary and Other FINRA Actions report. The decision fined the firm $50,000. The record lists the firm as JTA Securities Management, Inc. dba Titan Securities.
