According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck, available to the public on FINRA’s website, JAMES ROBERT PECORARO has been in the securities industry for 22 years and has been listed with 10 firms.  Pecoraro has 16 Disclosures on his FINRA CRD report with 11 “Customer Disputes,” and 5 “Regulatory.”
The significance of JAMES ROBERT PECORARO’s FINRA Customer Complaints is underscored in FINRA NOTICE to MEMBERS 03-49. FINRA conducted a review of the CRD’s of all registered representatives, only 2,751 (.41%) had been the subject of 3 or more customer complaints. In other words Pecoraro’s customer complaints rank him in the top one-hundredth percent of all registered representatives for customer complaints. 
For example, on February 18, 2019, there is a settled dispute listed with the following allegations, “Customer alleges that the RR (registered representative) engaged in negligence, unsuitable investments, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unauthorized transactions and misrepresentation.”  This dispute settled for $36,000.00.
On June 15, 2017, a customer dispute settled for $13,500.00, following these allegations, “Breach of fiduciary duty, Negligence, Reckless and/or Willful Misconduct, Gross Negligence, Breach of Contract.”
According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck, on August 30, 2010, one of the “Regulatory” disclosures filed against JAMES ROBERT PECORARO, was initiated by FINRA, with the allegations, “NASD RULES 2110, 2310: PECORARO ENGAGED IN A PATTERN OF TRADING ACTIVITY IN A CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT THAT WAS EXCESSIVE IN LIGHT OF THE CUSTOMER'S OBJECTIVES, FINANCIAL SITUATIONS AND NEEDS.” Pecoraro was fined $10,000 and suspended for 30 days.
James R Pecoraro denies all allegations.
