JAYSON R POCIUS Barred by FINRA

Stock Broker Barred By FINRA

JAYSON R POCIUS, a former broker with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, LLC of Arlington Heights, IL, who was registered with Wells Fargo from 2019 through June of 2023, was barred from the securities industry by FINRA on March 8, 2024, after he failed to cooperate with an investigation by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Inc. (FINRA).

Without admitting or denying FINRA’s findings, JAYSON R POCIUS consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he allegedly refused to appear for on-the-record testimony requested by FINRA in connection with its investigation originating from a Form U5 filing submitted by his member firm. FINRA’s findings stated that Pocius' firm had discharged him after he admitted during their review that funds from client account were used for his personal benefit.

According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck, available to the public on FINRA’s website, JAYSON R POCIUS, had been in the securities industry for 11 years and was listed with 5 firms.  He has two disclosures on his FINRA CRD report.  One of the disclosures is the “Regulatory” barring him from the industry permanently, and the other is an, “Employment Separation after Allegations,” when Pocius was discharged from Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network in May of 2023.  The allegations listed were, “independent contractor disaffiliated from firm after being discharged by practice owner, after he admitted during review that funds from client account were used for his personal benefit.”

JAYSON R POCIUS, after he was discharged from Wells Fargo, was registered as a broker with a, Great Point Capital of Chicago, IL, from 05/19/2023 - 03/08/2024.
