Jed Edward Tinder Barred by FINRA

The following information was obtained from FINRA’s February 2018 Disciplinary Report by Soreide Law Group: 
Jed Edward Tinder (CRD #1013144, Oshkosh, Wisconsin) 
was barred by FINRA for allegedly refusing to provide information and documents requested by FINRA during the course of an ongoing examination into whether he conducted outside business activities, participated in private securities transactions, engaged in sales practice violations, or otherwise acted in violation of NASD or FINRA rules or federal securities laws while he was registered with a member firm.

FINRA has barred Jed Tinder from acting as a broker or otherwise associating with a broker-dealer firm.
According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck which is available to the public on FINRA’s webisite, Jed Edward Tinder has 9 Disclosures on his report, 3 of the Disclosures are “Customer Disputes.”  Two of the Customer Disputes are still pending, some of the allegations in the pending disputes are:  recklessness, negligence, and unsuitable recommendations. The damage amounts requested for these 2 Pending Customer Disputes are: $1,200,000 and $181,668.
