In April of 2018, “Claimant alleges that unsuitable investments were made in his account.” The amount of the damages requested was, $1,000,000.00 and the settlement amount was, $100,000.00.
There are two Customer Disputes “Pending” from 2018, one is requesting damages in the amount of, $2,300,000.00 and the other pending dispute is requesting, $400,000.00. Both are alleging unsuitable investments in their accounts.
