Evidently, the client filed the dispute on November 4, 2020 concerning Potocsny's trading from 2019 to 2020. Supposedly, the client experienced damages on corporate bonds, municipal bonds, and stocks. However, BrokerCheck shows that on January 11, 2021, the securities firm denied the client’s dispute.

Client Of AG Edwards Sons Alleges Unauthorized Trading Concerning Stocks, Bonds By Mark Potocsny

It appears that an AG Edwards Sons client took issue with Mark Potocsny’s actions as a securities broker, according to a dispute. Mainly, the client alleges that Potocsny’s unauthorized trading led to damages in connection with the client’s investments in mutual funds, bonds, and stocks. Evidently, AG Edwards Sons agreed to settle with the client, without admitting liability, by paying $9,900 in damages per a settlement.
