All 8 disclosures are, “Customer Disputes.” The significance of BOHON’s FINRA Customer Complaints is underscored in FINRA NOTICE to MEMBERS 03-49. FINRA conducted a review of the CRD’s of all registered representatives, .41% had been the subject of 3 or more customer complaints. In December of 2021 another dispute settled for $80,000.00, following the allegations, “During the period 2014 through 2016, the customer alleges that the Registered Representative recommended high risk, high commission illiquid investments.”
There were 4 “Customer Disputes” filed against OTTO R BOHON JR in 2022, all are pending. Some of the allegations against BOHON in these 4 disputes are, in part, “During 2020 through 2021, the customers allege that the Registered Representatives recommended illiquid investments, misrepresented an unsuitable risky investment and breached his fiduciary duty, overly concentrated their assets in unsuitable, high-risk and illiquid investments.” The damage amounts requested are, $100,000.00, $100,000.00, $50,000.00 and $100,000.00.

Pending customer claims on BrokerCheck name Michael Graham (CRD 3263494) and list LPL Financial as the firm. Each claim is pending and unproven, and no arbitrator has ruled on any of them. The customers allege that Graham misrepresented guaranteed principal and returns on a secured loan related to a real estate deal.
An SEC decision involving Titan Securities (CRD 131392) of Plano, Texas became final on August 7, 2026, according to FINRA's October 2026 Disciplinary and Other FINRA Actions report. The decision fined the firm $50,000. The record lists the firm as JTA Securities Management, Inc. dba Titan Securities.
