Evidently, a Green Vista Capital client filed FINRA Arbitration #: 21-01151 about Philippus Van Staden. Notably, the client alleged that Van Staden failed to perform due diligence relating to investment recommendations. Because of this, the client sustained damages on conservation easement investments. Therefore, on February 21, 2022, Green Vista Capital settled this matter by paying the client $150,000.
