Wolfrum worked for (1) Huntleigh Securities Corporation from 2018-2019; (2) David Noyes & Company from 2013-2018; and Wells Fargo Advisors from 2011-2013. Because of this, the client claims that they sustained damages pertaining to investments in business development companies. Therefore, the client requested $50,000 in compensation from David A. Noyes & Company or Wolfrum. Evidently, this arbitration is pending a resolution.

Also, on December 21, 2021, a David A. Noyes & Company client filed FINRA Arbitration #: 21-03047 about Scott Wolfrum. Specifically, the client alleged that Wolfrum made unsuitable transactions. For this reason, the client purportedly experienced damages relating to investments in alternative investments. Therefore, the client requested $11,000,000 in compensation from David A. Noyes & Company or Wolfrum. Evidently, this arbitration is pending a resolution.

Evidently, a client of David A. Noyes & Company contested Scott Wolfrum's sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration #: 21-01658 on July 7, 2021. Supposedly, Wolfrum made unsuitable recommendations. Allegedly, the real estate investment trusts transactions involving this securities broker caused the client to sustain damages. Therefore, the client seeks compensatory relief from David A. Noyes & Company or Wolfrum in the amount of $250,000 in this ongoing matter.
