On August 25, 2020, a U.S. District Judge sentenced SEAN DONALD PREMOCK to 10 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and he is to forfeit approximately $797,000 in proceeds.  Premock also has to pay $1,061,532 in restitution, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, SEAN DONALD PREMOCK pleaded guilty in May of 2017 to nine counts of wire fraud, nine counts of mail fraud, one count of securities fraud, and one count of investment advisor fraud. Premock has not been registered since his discharge from Kovack Securities in 2010.
