FINRA Issues Bar To Sevag Haddadian

finra bars broker alert from soreide law group

Soreide Law Group is currently investigating potential claims on behalf of investors who have suffered losses involving financial advisor and securities broker, Sevag Raffi Haddadian [CRD#: 3249290, Brea, California]. Haddadian worked for Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC from January 13, 2022, to July 7, 2022, and Morgan Stanley from June 1, 2009, to January 27, 2022. It has come to light that the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) sanctioned Sevag Haddadian for his failure to provide requested information, ultimately leading to a permanent bar from association with any FINRA member in all capacities as of January 23, 2023. Moreover, Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC, and Morgan Stanley have both disaffiliated with Haddadian due to alleged violations of company policies.

FINRA Sanctioned Haddadian For Failure To Provide Requested Information

Particularly, on January 23, 2023, FINRA issued Case: 2022073907601 sanctioning Sevag Haddadian for infractions. Specifically, FINRA alleged that Haddadian failed to respond to FINRA requests for information.

This regulatory action stems from Haddadian's lack of compliance with FINRA's request for information. According to FINRA Rule 9552(h), failure to respond to such requests can lead to suspension, and if the individual does not request the termination of this suspension within three months, it can result in an automatic bar. As Haddadian did not address his suspension after the notices dated October 18, 2022, and November 14, 2022, he faced an indefinite suspension starting from November 14, 2022, which ultimately culminated in a permanent bar from association in any capacity, effective as of January 23, 2023.

Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC Disaffiliated With Sevag Haddadian For Failure To Disclose Outside Activities

Notably, on June 15, 2022, Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC disaffiliated with Sevag Haddadian. Evidently, Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC alleged that Haddadian failed to timely disclose his involvement with a limited liability company (LLC) that acquired and rented real estate.

Haddadian Discharged For Undisclosed And Unapproved Outside Business Activities

Also, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC disaffiliated with Sevag Haddadian on January 13, 2022. Supposedly, Haddadian engaged in undisclosed and unapproved participation in limited liability companies which purchased and sold homes in Ohio with firm clients.
