Soreide Law Group Investigating Wells Fargo Advisors Brokers WILLIAM SWETT, ROY LE BLANC, KEVIN LYNAR

Soreide Law Group is investigating claims on behalf of those who invested with brokers of Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC (CRD#: 19616, St. Louis, Missouri), also known as Wells Fargo Advisors.  Specifically, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) reports that 291 investors claims were brought against Wells Fargo. Notably, in the majority of those matters, FINRA Arbitrators required that Wells Fargo pay investors compensatory damages for sales practice violations. However, there are many more than 291 investor claims against Wells Fargo. For example, there are ongoing claims or claims which Wells Fargo settled without admitting liability. Take a look at some of these customer disputes involving Wells Fargo brokers William Swett, Roy Le Blanc Jr. and Kevin Lynar:

As a result, Wells Fargo and the customer agreed on November 27, 2017 for the firm to pay $87,000.00 to the customer. William Swett worked at Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC from January 1, 2008 to August 3, 2016.

Wells Fargo Customer Arbitration Involving Roy Le Blanc’s Unsuitability, Omissions

Roy Michel Le Blanc Jr. (CRD#: 1436359, Mobile, Alabama) is a financial advisor working at Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC. Apparently, Le Blanc joined the firm’s Mobile, Alabama offices on October 11, 2013. Evidently, on June 28, 2017, a customer of Wells Fargo Clearing Services disputed Le Blanc’s sales practice, eventually filing FINRA Arbitration #17-02576 on September 28, 2017. Allegedly, Le Blanc gave bad investment advice to the customer regarding an annuity. Not only that, but the customer claimed that Le Blanc failed to provide important information about the terms of the annuity. All things considered, Wells Fargo provided the customer $20,000 to end the Arbitration. Previously, Le Blanc worked at Morgan Stanley.

Customer Brings Arbitration Claim Involving Kevin Lynar, Unsuitable Stock Trading

Kevin Andrew Lynar (CRD#: 1085730, Fort Lauderdale, Florida) is a Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, LLC securities representative. He is another one of the Wells Fargo brokers reporting a customer dispute alleging his misconduct. In particular, on April 2, 2018, a customer of Wells Fargo brought FINRA Arbitration #18-01161. Mainly, the customer claimed the Wells Fargo financial advisor made unsuitable stock trades in the customer’s account.
