Vincent Santoro, formerly with State Farm VP Management of Lake Mary, Florida, Barred by FINRA

Soreide Law Group, based in Florida, obtained the following information from the June 2018 FINRA Disciplinary Report, available to the public on FINRA’s website. 

Vincent Santoro (CRD #3006826, Lake Mary, Florida) 

was barred by FINRA all capacities for allegedly refusing to appear for a FINRA on-the-record testimony in connection with an investigation into allegations regarding his involvement in private securities transactions and/or outside business activities.

(FINRA Case #2018056843801)

According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck, Vincent Santoro, was in the securities industry for 19 years. According to the “FINANCIAL INDUSTRY REGULATORY AUTHORITY LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE, WAIVER AND CONSENT NO. 2018056843801,” allegedly, “He was registered with State Farm VP Management Corp. as an Investment Company and Variable Contracts Representative from May 1998 until he resigned voluntarily in December 2017 following the Firm’s investigation, which concluded he “was violating rules or industry standards of conduct.”

Santoro was listed only with the following firm:
