According to the “FINANCIAL INDUSTRY REGULATORY AUTHORITY LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE, WAIVER AND CONSENT NO. 2018056843801,” allegedly, “He was registered with State Farm VP Management Corp. as an Investment Company and Variable Contracts Representative from May 1998 until he resigned voluntarily in December 2017 following the Firm's investigation, which concluded he "was violating rules or industry standards of conduct."
