Bad Broker Advice?

Investors have voiced complaints about securities broker Vladislav Michael Romanov (CRD: 2549093, Boston, Massachusetts). Notably, the securities broker, who worked for Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC, disclosed client disputes via Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) BrokerCheck. Also, a client of Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC contested Vladislav Romanov’s sales practices, according to a complaint dated February 24, 2022. Supposedly, Romanov possibly caused the client to sustain losses on foreign equities. Therefore, the client requested compensation from Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC or Romanov in the amount of $52,000. However, the securities firm denied the complaint.

Also, a client of Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC contested Vladislav Romanov’s sales practices, according to a complaint. Allegedly, Romanov failed to follow instructions. Supposedly, Romanov possibly caused the client to sustain damages on foreign equities. Therefore, Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC opted to settle the matter on July 20, 2017, by compensating the client in the amount of $2,294.95.
