The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) reports important information about securities broker Anthony Vincent DiDonna (CRD: 7283414, Woodbury, New York). Not only has FINRA sanctioned Didonna for failing to respond to FINRA’s request for information, but investors disputed his sales practices. However, Didonna denies the allegations. Notably, FINRA issued FINRA Case No. 2021071227201 on March 17, 2022, sanctioning Anthony DiDonna for infractions. Specifically, as per FINRA Rule 9552(h) and in line with the letters of Notice of Suspension and Suspension from Association issued by FINRA on December 14, 2021, and January 7, 2022, respectively, DiDonna has been barred from associating with any FINRA member in any capacity. This bar came into effect on March 17, 2022. DiDonna did not request the termination of his suspension within the three-month period following the Notice of Suspension.
Supposedly, on April 28, 2021, an Equitable Advisors LLC client filed a complaint about Anthony DiDonna. Namely, the client alleged that Didonna engaged in unauthorized trading and committed forgery. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages on variable annuities. Therefore, the client requested compensation from Equitable Advisors LLC or Didonna. However, this complaint is pending for a resolution.
Didonna worked for Equitable Advisors LLC in Woodbury, New York, as a securities broker from October 1, 2020, to April 28, 2021. Supposedly, on April 27, 2021, Equitable Advisors LLC disaffiliated with Didonna. Notably, Equitable Advisors LLC alleged that Didonna engaged in unauthorized trading and misappropriated funds.
