Investors potentially incurred losses because of securities broker Chad Evan Polin [CRD: 4233680, Fort Washington, Pennsylvania], based on publicly available information found on Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) BrokerCheck. Polin worked for BB&T Securities LLC from January 2, 2018, to February 17, 2021, and later worked for Truist Investment Services Inc. and Truist Advisory Services Inc. from February 17, 2021, to April 1, 2026. Polin Resigned From Truist Investment Services After Alleged Unauthorized Transactions

Particularly, on April 1, 2026, Truist Investment Services Inc. disaffiliated with Polin. Mainly, Truist Investment Services alleged that Polin executed bond-related transactions in client accounts without obtaining the required authorization from the account holders. Therefore, the client sought compensation from PrimeVest Financial Services or Polin in this matter. The complaint was denied on October 6, 2015.

PrimeVest Financial Services Investor Accused Polin Of Unsuitable Advice

Specifically, on April 23, 2009, a PrimeVest Financial Services client filed a complaint about Chad Polin. Mainly, the client alleged that Polin made unsuitable recommendations. For this reason, the client allegedly experienced damages connected to variable annuities. As a result, the client requested $15,404.80 in compensation from PrimeVest Financial Services or Polin. The complaint was denied on May 5, 2009.
