Suitability Allegations Made In Ameriprise Financial Services Client's Dispute About Craig Eastwood

Important information appears on Financial Industry Regulatory Authority BrokerCheck relating to securities broker Craig Bradford Eastwood (CRD#: 2931709, Naples, Florida). Evidently, the securities broker, who has worked for Ameriprise Financial Services since 2008 as a financial advisor and securities broker, is involved in a dispute regarding the suitability of annuities. Also, a client of Legg Mason Wood Walker, Eastwood’s former employer, brought an investment dispute.

Craig Eastwood’s Ameriprise Financial Services Client Alleges Unsuitable Recommendations

Evidently, a client of Ameriprise Financial Services disputed Craig Eastwood’s sales practices. Particularly, the March 2021 FINRA Arbitration Claim is based on Eastwood allegedly recommending an unsuitable variable annuity to the client. By acting on Eastwood’s investment recommendations in November 2017, the client purportedly sustained damages. For this reason, the client seeks compensation to resolve this matter.

In addition, a client of Legg Mason Wood Walker took issue with Craig Eastwood’s sales practices. It appears that the client agreed to unit investment trust purchases that caused losses.
