David Warren Olson, Formerly with Mogan Stanley St. Petersburg, FL, Barred by FINRA

Soreide Law Group, based in Florida, obtained the following information from the May 2018 Disciplinary Report on FINRA’s website regarding Florida broker:
David Warren Olson (CRD #1700644, Largo, Florida)
Olson was barred by FINRA in all capacities for allegedly refusing to provide complete documents and information requested by FINRA during an investigation into allegations that he was involved in an undisclosed outside business activity, and that he solicited a loan from a customer of his member firm for that outside business activity.

FINRA has barred David Warren Olson from acting as a broker or otherwise associating with a broker-dealer firm.
According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck, which is available to the public on FINRA’s website, David Warren Olson has 11 Disclosures on his report.  Of the 11 Disclosures, 8 are Customer Disputes.  Some of the Customer Disputes allege, among other allegations: UNSUITABLE INVESTMENT RECOMMENDATIONS, MISREPRESENTATION, EXCESSIVE TRADING, and UNSUITABLE OPTION TRANSACTIONS.
