Did You Invest In Odyssey?

Attention Odyssey Investors. You may be able to recover your investment losses in Odyssey by filing a FINRA arbitration against your selling broker.

Odyssey Properties III, LLC, has raised over $28 million dollars selling notes. Odyssey began selling notes through a private placement offering of the notes. These notes were marketed and sold by FINRA registered brokerage firms. The broker/dealers that sold the Odyssey Properties III, LLC, secured notes to investors include Odyssey Securities, LLC; Allen & Company of Florida, Inc.; Capital Financial Services, Inc.; Calton & Associates, Inc.; and VSR Financial Services, Inc.
Investors through VSR Financial, Capital Financial Services and Odyssey Securities were told that these notes were secured notes and appropriate for fixed income investors. The sales presentations, usually surrounding a free lunch or dinner marketed to elderly clients, may not have disclosed the risk associated with the secured notes or the illiquidity of the secured notes.

On August 2, 2010, Odyssey Properties III, LLC, filed a petition for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in Tampa, Florida. We are also investigating the following other Odyssey investments:
