FINRA Issues Suspension To Eric Nicolassy

Soreide Law Group is investigating possible investor claims against securities broker Eric Edward Nicolassy [CRD#: 6244539, Red Bank, New Jersey]. Evidently, FINRA sanctioned the securities broker, who worked for Woodstock Financial Group. Notably, FINRA's accusations against the securities broker include excessive and unsuitable trading. Notably, on March 24, 2022, FINRA issued Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent (AWC) #: 2019063382401, sanctioning Eric Nicolassy. Specifically, FINRA suspended the stockbroker from associating with any FINRA member in any capacity. Evidently, this resolves the regulator's allegations that the securities broker engaged in excessive and unsuitable trading.

Woodstock Financial Group Client Accuses Nicolassy Of Unauthorized Trading

Also, a client of Woodstock Financial Group contested Eric Nicolassy's sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration #: 21-02080 on October 4, 2021. Notably, accusations against the securities broker include unauthorized trading, excessive trading, unsuitable transactions, and breach of fiduciary duty. Allegedly, the stocks that Nicolassy sold or recommended resulted in damages. Therefore, the client seeks compensatory relief from Woodstock Financial Group or Nicolassy in the amount of $103,056.69 in this ongoing matter.
