Gary Edmonds Involved In UBS Financial Investor Complaint About Unsuitable Trading

Particularly, on May 28, 2025, a UBS Financial Services Inc. client filed FINRA Arbitration No. 25-01029 about Gary Edmonds Mainly, the client alleged that Edmonds committed elder abuse, omitted information about surrender charges on an annuity, and overconcentrated the client’s assets in equities. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages. As a result, the client requested $300,000 in compensatory damages and $1,000,000 in punitive damages in compensation from UBS Financial Services Inc. or Edmonds. This arbitration is pending a resolution.

Gary Edmonds Disclosed Unauthorized Trading Allegations By Wells Fargo Advisors LLC Client

Specifically, a client of Wells Fargo Advisors LLC disputed Gary Edmonds’s sales practices, according to a complaint dated December 8, 2011. Allegedly, Edmonds engaged in unauthorized trading, resulting in tax consequences. It appears that Edmonds allegedly caused the client to sustain damages on mutual funds. Therefore, the client sought compensation from Wells Fargo Advisors LLC or Edmonds in the amount of $14,298 in this matter. However, the firm denied this complaint.
