FINRA Bars Gina Kidd

FINRA Bars Allstate Financial Services LLC’s Gina Kidd For Failure To Testify

Evidently, on April 1, 2022, FINRA issued Case: 2019064729705, which contains sanctions against Gina Kidd for infractions. Specifically, Kidd was barred as a securities broker. Mainly, FINRA alleged that Kidd failed to testify during an investigation into possible FINRA rule violations.

According to the Order, FINRA began an investigation into allegations that Kidd involved an unregistered person in activities that required registration during the time that she was associated with Allstate Financial. In connection with the investigation, on September 15, 2021, FINRA sent Kidd a request to appear for testimony. However, Kidd never appeared for on-the-record testimony. As a result, Kidd violated FINRA Rules 2010 and 8210.

Allstate Financial Services LLC Securities Broker Discharged

Particularly, on March 3, 2020, Allstate Financial Services LLC terminated the registration of Kidd. Allstate Financial Services LLC alleged that Kidd involved someone who lacked registration in activities that called for registration.
