Notably, on October 29, 2008, a Morgan Stanley Co. Incorporated client filed a complaint about Gregory Grajek. Primarily, the client alleged that Grajek made misrepresentations and made unsuitable recommendations in connection with closed-end funds. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages. As a result, the client requested $12,625 in compensation from Morgan Stanley Co. Incorporated or Grajek. However, the firm denied this complaint.
