Greg Grajek Connected To Morgan Stanley Investor Complaint About Misappropriation

Investors have reportedly disputed the sales practices of securities broker Gregory Norman Grajek (also known as Greg Grajek) [CRD: 1220268, San Diego, California], according to public information on Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) BrokerCheck. Evidently, on July 29, 2025, a Morgan Stanley Co. LLC client filed Civil Action No. 25CU039008C about Gregory Grajek. It appears that Grajek allegedly caused the client to sustain damages on mutual funds and unit investment trusts. Therefore, UBS Financial Services Inc. opted to settle the matter on March 23, 2018, by compensating the client in the amount of $140,000.

Notably, on October 29, 2008, a Morgan Stanley Co. Incorporated client filed a complaint about Gregory Grajek. Primarily, the client alleged that Grajek made misrepresentations and made unsuitable recommendations in connection with closed-end funds. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages. As a result, the client requested $12,625 in compensation from Morgan Stanley Co. Incorporated or Grajek. However, the firm denied this complaint.

Particularly, a client of Morgan Stanley Co. Incorporated contested Gregory Grajek’s sales practices by filing Civil Action No. 37-2008-00051379-CU-FR-NC. Allegedly, Grajek misappropriated funds and breached a fiduciary duty. It appears that Grajek allegedly caused the investor to sustain damages. Consequently, Morgan Stanley Co. Incorporated opted to settle the matter on April 13, 2010, by compensating the client in the amount of $1,500,000.
