The client alleged that Foster failed to timely file a required Form 144, resulting in the cancellation of their trade. UBS Financial Services Inc. opted to resolve this matter on August 28, 2023, paying the client $326,111 in damages.

Also, a client of RBC Wealth Management challenged Gregory Foster's sales practices, according to a complaint. Allegedly, Foster did not comply with instructions to liquidate stocks, according to the client's request.
