Doherty Involved In OSAIC Investor Dispute Alleging Unauthorized Transactions

Particularly, on January 11, 2024, an OSAIC Wealth Inc. client filed a complaint about Janet Doherty. Mainly, the client alleged unauthorized transactions. Because of this, the investor supposedly sustained damages on fixed annuities and variable annuities. Therefore, they requested damages from OSAIC Wealth Inc. or Doherty.

Consequently, Royal Alliance Associates opted to settle the matter on January 21, 2010, by compensating the client in the amount of $2,500.
