Jason Salmon Linked To WealthForge Client Disputes Concerning Misrepresentation

Investors might have sustained losses because of securities broker Jason Andrew Salmon [CRD: 6081963, Torrance, California], based on publicly available information on Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) BrokerCheck. Evidently, Salmon has been registered with FNEX Capital LLC since January 23, 2022, and previously worked with Growth Capital Services Inc. from July 23, 2020, to January 14, 2022, and WealthForge Securities LLC from June 12, 2017, to July 28, 2020. Particularly, on July 9, 2024, a WealthForge Securities LLC client filed FINRA Arbitration No. 24-01494 about Jason Salmon. Mainly, the client alleged that Salmon was negligent, failed to perform due diligence, made omissions of material fact, made misrepresentations of material fact, breached a contract, and breached his fiduciary duty in reference to sales of private placements. Therefore, the client requested $999,999 in compensation from WealthForge Securities LLC or Salmon. It appears that this arbitration is pending a resolution.

Salmon Disclosed Misrepresentation Allegations By WealthForge Securities Client

Additionally, a client of WealthForge Securities LLC contested Jason Salmon’s sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration No. 21-03128 on March 2, 2022. Allegedly, Salmon made misrepresentations of material fact, failed to perform due diligence, and recommended unsuitable investments. It appears that Salmon caused the client to sustain damages associated with private placements. As a result, the client sought compensation from WealthForge Securities LLC or Salmon in the amount of $200,000 in this matter, which WealthForge Securities settled on December 6, 2023, by paying the client $1,500,000 in damages.
