Jayme Frances Lemaire, also known as Jayme Frances McKenna (CRD: 4336052), is a former securities broker based in Glastonbury, Connecticut. She worked for Raymond James Financial Services Inc. from April 20, 2021, to July 15, 2025; Lincoln Investment from July 11, 2025, to July 22, 2025; and International Assets Advisory LLC from July 24, 2025, to October 20, 2025. Investors may have suffered losses related to Lemaire, according to Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) BrokerCheck disclosures. Here’s a closer look at the regulatory actions and earlier client complaint involving her.

FINRA Barred Jayme Lemaire For Refusing To Provide Requested Information

FINRA permanently barred Jayme Lemaire from associating with any FINRA member in any capacity in Case 2025086713301. Lemaire resolved the matter through a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent without admitting or denying FINRA’s findings. FINRA found that she refused to provide information and documents requested during an investigation into whether she borrowed money from senior clients and engaged in other financial transactions with clients.

The investigation followed a July 2025 regulatory filing by Raymond James concerning Lemaire’s termination. On January 21, 2026, FINRA sent Lemaire a request for information and documents under Rule 8210. FINRA said she acknowledged receiving the request, stated that she would not provide the materials, and did not seek an extension.

FINRA concluded that this refusal violated FINRA Rules 8210 and 2010. Rule 8210 authorizes FINRA to require information and records during investigations, while Rule 2010 requires securities brokers to observe appropriate standards of commercial conduct. The permanent bar took effect on September 17, 2026.

Connecticut Sanctioned Jayme Lemaire Over Client Loan And Cash Gift Allegations

On August 7, 2026, the Connecticut Banking Commissioner imposed a permanent bar and cease-and-desist order on Lemaire in Case CO-26-20269-S. The sanctions included revocation of existing registrations, denial of pending registrations, rescission, and a $30,000 administrative fine. Connecticut alleged that Lemaire borrowed money from a brokerage client, accepted cash gifts from two clients, and gave an inaccurate answer to a Form U4 disclosure question.

Connecticut alleged that Lemaire violated Section 36b-31-15b(c) of its state regulations, which prohibits dishonest or unethical business practices, and FINRA Rule 3240, which governs loans between brokers and clients, by borrowing money from a client. The state also alleged that her acceptance of cash gifts from two clients violated the same Connecticut regulation and FINRA Rule 3220. The state further alleged that Lemaire violated Section 36b-23 of the Connecticut Uniform Securities Act by giving an inaccurate answer on Form U4, a registration disclosure form. The Order permanently barred Lemaire from working as a broker or investment adviser in Connecticut, or in any other role requiring registration or licensing from the state's Banking Commissioner.

CCO Investment Services Client Accused Jayme Lemaire Of Unsuitable Advice And Omissions

On January 25, 2011, a client of CCO Investment Services Corp. filed a complaint about Jayme Lemaire. The client alleged that Lemaire made an unsuitable recommendation involving a unit investment trust purchased in October 2010 and failed to disclose important facts about the investment. The client claimed damages involving unit investment trusts and sought $27,360 in compensation from CCO Investment Services Corp. or Lemaire. The written complaint was denied on February 7, 2011.
