FINRA barred securities broker Jeffrey Alan Arbeit [CRD: 6603428, Austin, Texas], based on disclosures on Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) BrokerCheck. Specifically, Jeffrey Arbeit worked for Farmers Financial Solutions LLC from March 11, 2016 to March 7, 2025. Read the following sections to find out more about the disclosures concerning Arbeit’s conduct and FINRA’s subsequent regulatory action.

FINRA Barred Arbeit For Failing To Cooperate

Particularly, on June 23, 2025, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) issued Case: 2025085293201 sanctioning Jeffrey Arbeit. Specifically, Arbeit was barred from associating with any FINRA member in all capacities. Notably, FINRA alleged that Arbeit failed to cooperate with their investigation into unreported private securities transactions.

FINRA Action Against Jeffrey Arbeit Involved Concerns About Potential Private Securities Transactions

According to FINRA, the matter originated when Farmers Financial Solutions brought a Form U5 in March 2025, terminating Arbeit’s registration for not disclosing private securities transactions, a potential violation of FINRA Rule 3280. As part of its investigation, FINRA requested information and documentation from Arbeit on May 29, 2025. Despite confirming that he received the request in subsequent communications, Arbeit did not comply.

FINRA Rule Violations By Arbeit

FINRA stated that this failure to provide documents violated FINRA Rules 8210 and 2010, which require brokers respond truthfully and fully to investigative requests and maintain ethical standards. As a result of his refusal, FINRA imposed a permanent bar on Arbeit from any association with a FINRA member.
