Also, a client of MSSB contested Jimmy Driggers’ sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration #: 20-02743 on August 24, 2020. Supposedly, Driggers made unsuitable transactions. Allegedly, the hedge funds transactions involving this securities broker caused the client to sustain damages. Therefore, the client seeks compensatory relief from MSSB or Driggers in the amount of $200,000 in this ongoing matter.

Jimmy Driggers Allegedly Makes Unsuitable Transactions In Account Of Morgan Stanley Client

Evidently, a client of Morgan Stanley contested Jimmy Driggers’ sales practices, according to a complaint dated November 22, 2016. Supposedly, Driggers made unsuitable transactions. Allegedly, the stock transactions connected to this securities broker resulted in damages for the client. Therefore, the client sought compensatory relief from Morgan Stanley or Driggers. However, the securities broker-dealer denied this complaint.

UBS Financial Services Client Accuses Jimmy Driggers Of Misrepresentation

Also, a UBS Financial Services client filed FINRA Arbitration #: 10-03984 about Jimmy Driggers. Specifically, the client alleged that Driggers engaged in sales practice violations, including misrepresentations and unsuitable transactions. For this reason, the client purportedly experienced damages relating to investments in structured products. Therefore, on April 15, 2011, UBS Financial Services settled this matter by paying the client $207,000.
