Key Investment Services Clients Allege Misrepresentation, Unsuitable Transactions In Disputes About Broker John Milo

Namely, Milo worked as a securities broker and financial advisor representative of Key Investment Services LLC (2012 to 2021). He also worked for Waddell Reed (January 2021 to July 2021) and LPL Financial (July 2021 to present). John Milo’s Key Investment Services Client Alleges SPIA Misrepresentation

Evidently, a client of Key Investment Services came forward with a dispute about John Milo. In this May 2021 complaint, the client contends that Milo made a recommendation of a single premium fixed annuity through Integrity. Supposedly, Milo misrepresented information concerning this product. It appears that this matter closed with no action in October 2021.

Milo Allegedly Misrepresents Annuity To Key Investment Services Client

In a second May 2021 dispute, a client of Key Investment Services contends that John Milo made misrepresentations concerning a SPIA he recommended to the client. Because of this, the client sought relief. However, Key Investment Services closed this matter as of October 2021.

Key Investment Services Client Alleges Unsuitable Annuity Transactions By John Milo

BrokerCheck shows that in August 2020, a third Key Investment Services client came forward with a dispute about John Milo’s annuity sales practices. Namely, the client alleges that it was unsuitable for a Delaware Life fixed annuity to replace the client’s existing Voya annuity. Generally, suitability concerns risk tolerance, investment objectives, liquidity concerns, and other important information concerning the appropriateness of investments. In this complaint, the client sought $9,171.35 in compensation, but Key Investment Services denied the complaint.

Unsuitable, Misrepresented Annuity Alleged By Key Investment Services Client

Namely, in an October 2018 dispute, a client of Key Investment Services alleges unsuitability. Supposedly, John Milo made an unsuitable recommendation of an Integrity Life Income Source Immediate Annuity. In addition, the client contends that Milo misrepresented information about this annuity. It appears that the client invested $562,080 and incurred damages. However, Key Investment Services denied the dispute.
