Therefore, NFP Securities Inc. opted to settle the matter on November 12, 2003, by compensating the client in the amount of $50,000.

Ameriprise Financial Services LLC Investor Accused Joseph Peggs Of Unauthorized Transactions

Evidently, an Ameriprise Financial Services LLC client filed a complaint about Joseph Peggs. Namely, the client alleged that Peggs made unauthorized transactions. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages. Therefore, on January 25, 2018, Ameriprise Financial Services LLC settled this matter by paying the client $38,221.04 in damages.

Also, a client of Planmember Securities Corporation contested Joseph Peggs’ sales practices, according to a complaint. Allegedly, Peggs made unsuitable recommendations. Supposedly, the stock transactions resulted in damages. Therefore, Planmember Securities Corporation opted to settle the matter on May 2, 2019, by compensating the client in the amount of $15,000.
