It appears that Tonyan’s employment at LPL Financial came to an end amid allegations of the securities broker violating a document signature policy. Particularly, the firm alleged that he accumulated blank signed forms. However, securities broker denies the allegations.

Investor Files Dispute About Joseph Tonyan

Also, a client of a securities firm (possibly Pruco Securities Corporation or LPL Financial) brought a dispute about Joseph Tonyan. Supposedly, Tonyan made an unsuitable recommendation to the client. It seems that they sustained damages on mutual funds. However, the firm denied this complaint.
