On November 27, 2020, an Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent (AWC) was issued in which Joseph Victor Alhadeff was barred from association with any FINRA member in all capacities.

Without admitting or denying FINRA’s findings, Joseph Victor Alhadeff consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he allegedly refused to produce information and documents requested by FINRA in connection with its investigation into a registered representative who was supervised by him and a review of Alhadeff’s supervision of the representative.

According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck, available to the public on FINRA’s website, Joseph Victor Alhadeff was in the securities industry for 21 years.  He has two Disclosures on his FINRA CRD report.  One is the “Regulatory” barring him from the industry and the other is a “Customer Dispute,” filed on August 27, 2019, requesting damages of $750,000.00.  The allegations in the dispute are,”Breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, and breach of contract.”
