Soreide Law Group, based in Pompano Beach, Florida, has been contacted by investors who were sold structured notes linked to the performance of the Ark Innovation Fund. These investors have alleged this product may have been recommended by JOSHUA A GREEN.

JOSHUA AARON GREEN (JOSHUA A GREEN, JOSH GREEN) has been registered both as a broker and investment advisor with CETERA INVESTMENT SERVICES LLC of New Port Richey, Florida since 9/7/2017.

According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck, available on FINRA’s website, JOSHUA A GREEN has 16 years of experience in the securities industry and has been listed with 8 firms.  Green has 3 disclosures on his FINRA CRD report, all of which are “Customer Disputes.”  Two of the disputes were denied and one was settled.

The “Customer Dispute” dated 6/14/2022, filed against JOSHUA A GREEN settled for $450,000.00.  The allegations were, “Claimants allege that they were overconcentrated in unsuitable structured notes, which resulted in losses.”

Structured notes carry significant risks, including credit risk, market volatility, illiquidity, and complexity, which may lead to potential losses for investors.
