Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages on variable annuities. Therefore, on May 4, 2005, WM Financial Services Inc. settled this matter by paying the client $9,271.99 in damages.

Also, a client of WM Financial Services Inc. contested Juan Sosa’s sales practices, according to a complaint. Allegedly, Sosa engaged in unauthorized transaction, made unsuitable recommendations, and made omissions. Supposedly, Sosa possibly caused the client to sustain damages on variable annuities. Therefore, WM Financial Services Inc. opted to settle the matter on October 4, 2004, by compensating the client in the amount of $1,128.24.
