Supposedly, Holcomb withdrew mutual funds over 18 months after asking the client for a loan. Purportedly, he didn’t pay back the client, which resulted in damages. However, it appears that on May 8, 2019, after reviewing the allegations, MML Investors Services denied the dispute and the client’s request for $500,000 in compensation.
