Kevin Paasch Faced MML Investor Complaint Regarding Failure To Follow Instructions

As a result, the client requested $1,133,740 in compensatory damages from MML Investors Services LLC or Paasch. It appears that this arbitration awaits a resolution.

Kevin Paasch Disclosed Misrepresentation Allegations By MML Investors Services Client

Specifically, a client of MML Investors Services LLC disputed Paasch’s sales practices, according to a complaint dated December 27, 2015. Allegedly, Paasch made misrepresentations in connection with the sale of a variable annuity. It appears that Paasch allegedly caused the client to sustain damages involving variable annuities. Consequently, the client sought compensation from MML Investors Services LLC or Paasch. The complaint was denied on January 30, 2016.

Additionally, on March 16, 2015, a MML Investors Services LLC client filed a complaint about Kevin Paasch. Mainly, the client alleged that Paasch made misrepresentations regarding a variable annuity sold in 2012 and failed to provide good advice concerning other annuity investments. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages involving fixed annuities and variable annuities. Therefore, the client requested $15,495.75 in compensation from MML Investors Services LLC or Paasch. This complaint was denied on April 16, 2015.
