Mitchell Pindus Facing Wells Fargo Client Disputes

Soreide Law Group is investigating potential investor claims of sales practice violations possibly committed by securities broker Mitchell Ross Pindus (also known as Mitchell Pindus) [CRD: 1268550, Los Angeles, California], according to disclosures on Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) BrokerCheck. Evidently, Mitchell Pindus joined Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC and Wells Fargo Advisors, in June 2010. Read below for additional information about the securities broker’s disclosures.

Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC Investor Accused Pindus Of Unsuitable Recommendations

Particularly, on April 30, 2024, a Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC client filed FINRA Arbitration No. 24-00927 about Mitchell Pindus. Supposedly, Pindus made speculative investment recommendations without disclosing the risks. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages. Therefore, the client requested $200,000 in compensation from Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC or Pindus. Evidently, this arbitration is pending a resolution.

Wells Fargo Advisors Accused Mitchell Pindus Of Unauthorized Activities

Particularly, on October 30, 2013, a Wells Fargo Advisors client filed a complaint about Pindus. Supposedly, Pindus failed to execute trades and failed to follow instructions. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damages on exchange traded funds. So, the client requested compensation from Wells Fargo Advisors or Pindus. This complaint closed without a resolution.

Pindus Disclosed Misrepresentation Allegations By RBC Dain Rauscher Client

Also, a client of RBC Dain Rauscher contested Pindus’s sales practices by filing FINRA Arbitration No. 10-03270. Allegedly, Pindus made unsuitable recommendations, misrepresentations, and breached his fiduciary duty. It appears that Pindus caused the client to sustain damages on corporate bonds. As a result, FINRA Arbitrators issued an Award dated October 19, 2011, in the amount of $10,000.
