Andrew Charles Berleth (CRD #1476284, Walnut Creek, California) has been a registered representative of MML Investors Services LLC since November 17, 2003. He disclosed on Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) BrokerCheck that his activities have given rise to a customer-initiated investment-related written complaint dated June 11, 2018.
MML Investors Services LLC Accused of Misrepresentation
The customer alleged that misrepresentations had been made concerning a variable annuity purchased by the customer in 2017. Apparently, the customer was not provided sufficient information about the fees of the variable annuity, and would have never purchased it if she had known about the costs. The damages from the alleged conduct are estimated at more than $5,000.00. MML Investors Services, LLC denied the complaint on July 6, 2018.
Berleth disclosed on FINRA BrokerCheck that there are three other instances where his activities have been referenced in a customer dispute:
1) On June 5, 2007, a customer filed a complaint alleging that there were no disclosures made to the customer concerning surrender charges of a variable annuity investment. A total of $23,538.63 in damages were requested by the customer. On August 2, 2007, the complaint was denied by Tower Square Securities, Inc.
2) On July 10, 2012, a customer of Tower Square Securities filed a complaint. The complaint alleged that Berleth made misrepresentations of variable annuity features. The customer alleged unspecified damages for being induced into the insurance contract by Berleth’s misrepresentations of the features. Tower Square Securities denied the complaint on October 29, 2012.
3) On May 7, 2018, an MML Investors Services customer filed a complaint alleging that someone forged her signature on a variable annuity. In addition, the customer alleged that misrepresentations had been made about the annuity when the customer purchased it in 2015. The customer requested for her policy to be rescinded.

Steven Graham (CRD 1977736) denies the allegations in a pending customer claim filed on August 11, 2026. The disclosure names Western International Securities as the firm, and the claim involves corporate bonds. No arbitrator has ruled on it. His BrokerCheck report also lists a settled bond dispute and a federal court matter from earlier years.
A claim filed on September 11, 2024 names Thomas Hamlin (CRD 2208505) over a 10% Senior Unsecured Note in iCap Fund III. Every disclosure on his BrokerCheck report involves an iCap private placement and names Somerset Securities as the firm. Each one settled, and a settlement is not an admission of wrongdoing.
Peter Po's most recent settlement came on June 28, 2026, when a corporate bond claim settled for $40,000. Po (CRD 3106974) appears in several settled customer disputes over corporate and high-yield bonds. The disclosures name NI Advisors or California Securities as the firm, and each matter ended in a settlement, not a finding.
